RondaTimer is an interval timer that runs whole routines — for boxing, HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, padel, circuits and focused work. If something is not working or you have a question, write to us — every message is read by the developer.

Before you write
To help us reproduce the problem, please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, the RondaTimer version (Settings → About), and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot.
Frequently asked questions
The timer stops when I lock my phone or switch apps
It shouldn't — the countdown keeps running in the background. Make sure RondaTimer is allowed to show notifications and Live Activities: Settings → RondaTimer → Notifications and Live Activities. Low Power Mode and iOS Focus modes can suppress alerts on some devices.
I don't hear the sounds or voice announcements
Check that the silent switch is off and the media volume is up. If another app is playing audio, RondaTimer ducks it rather than stopping it. Voice announcements per step require RondaTimer Pro.
The Apple Watch app doesn't connect
The Apple Watch app requires RondaTimer Pro. Both apps must be installed and the Watch paired and in range. Open the iPhone app first, then the Watch app. If the state still doesn't sync, force-quit both and reopen them.
I bought Pro but the features are locked
Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. The purchase is tied to the Apple ID that made it — make sure the device is signed in with that same Apple ID.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I import my own sounds?
Yes, with RondaTimer Pro. Imported audio files are copied into the app's private storage so they work offline, and they are never uploaded anywhere.
Will my saved routines survive a new phone?
Routines are stored on the device and included in your iCloud or encrypted local device backup. Restoring a backup to a new iPhone brings them along. Deleting the app deletes the data.
